NEOSA, the COSE Technology Network, is an industry-led, member-driven organization working to support the technology industry of northeast Ohio.

Founded in 1998, NEOSA has more than 820 members representing all facets of information technology: software development, IT services, website design and development, custom application development, IT recruiters and others.

NEOSA's signature programs include the annual Best of Tech Awards, CoolTech Challenge, and the CIO Symposium.

NEOSA also produces more than thirty events annually to support members and the tech community.

The monthly Sales and Marketing seminars offer great educational opprtunities; Quarterly Forums highlight strategic challenges for the industry like growth, funding and innovation; and the Networking events are legendary for the connections that are made.
